Sushi

The best way to bond with Sushi is through playtime. As an energetic 1 year old, Sushi is always ready to play, pounce, and jump! This all-star athlete loves vertical spaces – like tall cat towers – to climb. Suchi loves to play with a variety of toys, wands, and enjoys catnip! Sushi is a rescue cat who was found outside as a kitten and is still learning the ways of the world. His caretaker has been socializing with him, and he has made leaps and bounds in trusting! With this trusting, Sushi also has lots of hidey spots, boxes, and cat cubbies to retreat to when he feels scared, shy, or just wants some alone time. Providing areas for cats to hide helps cats like Sushi feel safe and respected. Another cat friend might be nice for Sushi too. He has tried to interact with another cat in the home, but the resident cat is not fond of other felines, so they have been kept separate from one another. Adopting a rescue animal who had a rough start to life is incredibly rewarding for many people. Sushi will need compassionate guardians who can continue to help him trust while also providing lots of playtimes and energy outlets.
