Prior to her arrival to our Sanctuary, Sophie was experiencing increased anxiety with the young children in the home. Her family knew she was unhappy and reached out to Our Companions for help. At 7 years old, she arrived to our Sanctuary where our team worked on her anxiety and reactivity around other dogs. We found an adopter to help her continue that training, but it was difficult to manage in the busy neighborhood, therefore Sophie was returned to us after a couple weeks. Sophie has been settling back into Sanctuary life and thoroughly enjoying every bit of couch time with her friends! We continue to search for Sophie’s perfect match where she can relax and enjoy quiet time on the couch.
