Sanctuary Arrival Date
Piper was in our rehoming program due to some behavioral litter box issues. Thankfully since she arrived, she has had no issues and uses her litter box like a champ. She can sometimes be a little nervous and hide, but she’s just about as sweet as can be. She loves to dive bomb after toys and play with her catnip kitty kickers. Piper has gotten a lot braver and more curious since her first day here and we are so happy she’s on the road to confidence.
She’s been spending lots of time outside and getting fresh air on her catio. Like her neighbor April, she’s been taking up drooling when happy. Hopefully someone soon will scoop this little peanut up.
Petite and playful Piper will steal your heart! She’ll look longingly into your eyes until you give her the pets and ear scratches that she’s waiting for – and will return the favor with lots of snuggles and purrs! This beautiful 2-year-old girl came to us from a home that had too many other cats, and Piper wasn’t happy there – so she does request that she be your one and only kitty. Once she settled into her new digs at the Sanctuary, she blossomed into a happy and loveable companion! To learn more, please call 860-242-9999 ext. 302 or email Michelle@OurCompanions.org.
