Background Story:
Peanut is a precious new rabbit guest!
Pretty Peanut was in a municipal shelter when someone offered to foster him in a home environment since a municipal shelter can be especially stressful for a bunny. He was doing great in the home until two cats were added to the residence. Since the cats were making Peanut nervous, his foster knew he needed to move again to a place better suited for him. His foster reached out to us to help find a bunny-friendly space for sweet Peanut.
Although his date of birth is unknown, we believe he just turned two this Spring (2026). He is still settling into his bunny room, but his personality is shining brighter each day. He loves the toys and activities he’s found at our Sanctuary, and we look forward to learning more about what brings him joy!

Pretty Peanut is a joy to be around! Surrendered to a municipal shelter, Peanut now lives at our animal Sanctuary awaiting his forever home! Peanut is young, with a birthday sometime in Spring of 2024. He loves toys, activities, and has been a great bunny pal to every person he meets. Our bunnies enjoy free roam time often and live in open habitats. Peanut is looking for a nice home to finally call his own; his only request is no cats please!
