Background Story:
Do you believe in Magic? Because we do! We first heard about Magic a few years ago when his previous family was seeking a new home for Magic and started with our re-homing program. He was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and was also experiencing potty issues in the home. At that time time, Magic was getting older in years while the home was becoming more active than this senior guy appreciated. While in our re-homing program, we offered Magic a room at our Sanctuary when one came available. However, having had him since a kitten, the family decided to keep Magic in the home instead, taking him out of the re-homing program as well.
Years later, we were contacted again about re-homing Magic again; and we were happy to take over care for this lovely boy! Now at 19 years old, Magic will be receiving a full vet exam and bloodwork to ensure we can provide him with the best care he needs to feel healthy and happy. Welcome to the family, Magic!

Magic is a kind, lower-activity senior who just wants a calm retirement home where he can be loved and spoiled for the rest of his days. He wants to be the only pet where he can be the center of attention for his favorite chin scratches and playtime. He’s a big boy who loves to lounge on your lap like a blanket and tell you stories about the good ol’ days with his mews and meows.
