Gabby

With a preference for playtimes and the gift of gab, this boy-kitty is seeking a fun-loving home filled with snuggles too!

Gabby started in our Re-homing Program. Sadly, one of his pet guardians passed away, prompting his wife to reach out for help with Gabby and finding him a good home. When a room became available, we reached out to see if she’d like to have Gabby live with us until a home was found – and he came up to the Sanctuary soon after! Gabby was incredibly stressed with the carrier (good thing we are pros at carrier training!) but after a couple days he settled into his new routine. It wasn’t long before he was showing staff his cuddly side, becoming quite the king of cuddles! He already knows how to use his cat flap to access his private “catio”, has had lap time and brushes, and explores the halls during some free roam time. He has had some tummy upset, which was seen in his previous home too, so we have started trying Pepcid which has decreased vomiting. With a pretty clean bill of health and nice demeanor, we hope Gabby won’t be with us for too long but we will enjoy him while we can!
