Our Chow Down Showdown is happening NOW! Throughout the month of September, help our animals at the Sanctuary by purchasing delicious food through their Amazon wish list!
Our dogs, cats, and small animals will be competing all month to raise $10,000 worth of food and essential supplies, which can make a huge impact on our yearly budget when caring for special-needs animals. And every order gets shipped directly to the Sanctuary!
Competitions between our Sanctuary animals include Best Vocal Performance, Best Fashion, and Best Trick! Stay tuned via Facebook, Instagram, and email as we debut these video competitions!

Gidget was one of the first dogs that I was introduced to when I began volunteering at the sanctuary in 2015. I was “warned” that she might not take to me, but she ran right up and put her paws on my knees. From then on, we were best friends, sharing many walks and tuck in snuggles together during the next 12 years. We even went on a few field trips when she was younger. I love all of the sanctuary dogs, but Gidget will always hold a very special place in my heart. I miss her!
