Background Story:

At only three years old Bumblebee was surrendered by her second owner to the Sanctuary in August of 2021 due to litter box issues.  Once it was discovered that the cause of the problem was due to an improper spay surgery, she was operated on for the third time –which turned out to be the charm.  At the Sanctuary her personality mellowed considerably not being in heat all the time and her issues resolved.

Current Status:

Bumblebee has moved over to Jane's Place! This outgoing girl has adjusted very well to her new digs. She has actually played! She has never been one to get too excited by toys but a couple of volunteers have been able to get her interested! She has pounced on a feather toy! We’re hoping this new environment has brought out her playful side!

Adoption Info:

Meet beautiful Bumblebee! This 3 year old petite Calico loves chatting with her bird friends from her favorite windows and hanging out on laps! This sweetie can be timid at first so she would truly appreciate a quiet home with adults and older teens, and would appreciate being your one and only pet! She is FIV+, but cats with FIV can still live completely normal, healthy lives. Bumblebee would love someone with a gentle heart and lots of love and attention to give!
