Home for Good:
A Place for Our Companions
Capital Campaign
The 10-year, $15 million Home for Good campaign will result in creating New England's first pet rescue center and domestic animal sanctuary. On 43 acres in Ashford, the dream will include 16 cottages for cats and dogs, a dog park, a walking trail, spaying and neutering services, training classes, an adoption center and more. Pets will come to rehabilitate, to learn, to be adopted and to live. They will recover from their past and prepare for a future home.
The sanctuary’s rescue center will provide life-saving services like sophisticated behavioral rehabilitation, empathy and humane education for children, and free spaying and neutering for cats. All of these programs have been proven to combat pet homelessness.
